what to expect

Many materials absorb the infrared rays, so minimal to no clothing is best!

The infrared heaters are designed to heat you and not necessarily the inside of the sauna. It is not a hot box like a traditional sauna.

Our infrared sauna allows you to choose between Red Light Therapy or Color Light Therapy.

​

Drinking water before and after a session is important to prevent dehydration.

​

It is not recommended to shower after a sauna because your pores are open and could possibly absorb anything in the water.​
